From 2008 to 2020, Chinese automobile production and sales have ranked first in the world. The huge production, sales, ownership of automobiles will inevitably lead a rapid increase end-of-life vehicles future corresponding issue resource recycling. Based on analysis practical dismantling study statistics declared by supplier 19.5% components parts with weight greater than 0.5 kg from two typical vehicle models 2011 2013, this paper focuses nonmetallic parts, connection materials, product life cycle each stage, find rational technical solutions, therefore maximize recyclability recoverability achieve sustainable development.
